Internal Auditor- RR7A824
We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and providing assurance that the organization's risk management, governance, and internal controls are operating effectively, as well as ensuring adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a yearly audit plan
- Organize and conduct operational and financial audits in coordination with the different departments as per the annual audit plan
- Organize and conduct ITGC audits in coordination with the digital and technical departments as per the annual audit plan
- Recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performance
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that issues have been resolved
- Conduct fraud detection analysis, or whistleblowing investigations
- Coordinate the departments governing the annual external audits (ITGC, ISO) and the collection of the necessary evidence
- Prepare and present monthly and/or quarterly reports as agreed with the direct manager
- Provide awareness training and information to colleagues on the Audit and Risk Frameworks
- Any other related duties that will be assigned from time to time by the direct manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Chartered Accountant (CCA), or equivalent is preferred
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be considered an advantage
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be considered an advantage
